Absolute Industrial Solutions, Inc. had expanded its service offerings by adding another department, the AISI Design+Constrcut which focuses on contracting services. Headed by Mr. Raf Montesines, AISI Design+Construct has been a big help to a lot of Fairbuilding NGO partners since last year.
Involved in different Fairbuilding projects, AISI Design+Construct has successfully given a total of ₱2,460,171.00 discount for our NGO partners. One of their projects last October 2018 is ICTSI Foundation’s retiling of the training center where they gave a 21% discount which amounted to ₱150,000 savings for ICTSI.
Another project awarded to AISI last December 2018 is the construction of the Church of the Nazarene’s 3-story multipurpose disaster response center located in Cainta, Rizal. As the general contractor of the project, AISI has given a 20% discount in the total price of the contract amounting to ₱1,464,493.00 savings for the Church of the Nazarene. And recently they also gave a 20% discount for the roofing, flooring, and dismantling of Nazarene’s Shechem Playground. Watch how they built the Shechem Playground in this link.
This year, AISI also played a big role in the project of FBN’s newly added NGO, Tondo Community Initiative who is renovating a 4-story school building made of container vans located near the Smoky Mountain of Tondo. The project was awarded to AISI and so far they have already given a total of ₱775,762.00 worth of discount and donation for the project management contract, consultation and design of fire detection and alarm system, relocation of the school canteen, and donation of drinking fountains for the school.
